Accessory Apartment Incentive Program A new program, the Accessory Apartment Incentive Program, will help Newton Homeowners create accessory apartments in their homes. The program is a joint partnership of Community Living Network and the City of Newton. The program offers: • Financial assistance in the form of loans or grants for up to $90,000 • and • Technical assistance to help the homeowner through the design, permitting, and construction process.
